Non-Company Entities
Non-Company Entities include Partnerships, Limited Partnerships and Incorporated Societies. The government is undertaking a review of financial products and providers being led by the Ministry of Economic Development, and information relating to these types of entities and this review process is included.
The review will consider issues of access to capital, adequacy of disclosure, governance, operator competence, prudential requirements and supervisory arrangements for all non-Bank financial institutions.
