Short Description Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited has been appointed as a KiwiSaver Default Provider under section 177 of the KiwiSaver Act 2006. This appointment came into force on 2nd April 2007.

Schedule 2 of this notice was amended to change the name of the default product specified in the instrument from "Mercer KiwiSaver Portfolio" to "Mercer KiwiSaver Conservative".
