The Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce have executed under section 177 of the KiwiSaver Act 2006, instruments of appointment appointing the following KiwiSaver default providers:
The appointments came into force on 2nd April 2007.
Amendment Notices
KiwiSaver Default Provider (ASB Group Investments Limited) Amendment Notice 2008
The Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce have amended the instrument appointing ASB Group Investments Limited as a KiwiSaver default provider to allow for the charging of a mortgage diversion facility establishment fee.
This amendment notice comes into force on the 26 September 2008.
KiwiSaver Default Provider (ING (NZ) Limited) Amendment Notice 2008
The Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce have amended the instrument appointing ING (NZ) Limited as a KiwiSaver default provider to allow for the charging of a mortgage diversion facility administration fee.
This amendment notice comes into force on the 26 September 2008.
